What to expect on your emergency call:

  • Receive a call from our dispatcher within the first 15 minutes of calling in for your emergency service, along with a call directly from the on-call Sobieski Services technician when he is en route.
  • The on-call Sobieski Services technician arrives at your home with a fully stocked truck, protective booties on his shoes, and a smile on his face.
  • The Sobieski Services technician diagnoses your plumbing system to determine any needs for service or repair.
  • The Sobieski Services technician discusses his findings and any necessary flat-rate priced solutions with you to determine your best options.

    *Emergency dispatch fee is $79.50 for maintenance agreement holders (USA). For non-maintenance agreement holders, the emergency dispatch fee is $119.50.
  • Services or repairs are complete, the work area is cleaned, and the Sobieski Services technician reviews the services or repairs with you.
  • The technician explains how the referral coupons work for your friends and neighbors and invites you to fill out a satisfaction survey.
  • Receive a follow-up call from a Sobieski Services customer service representative regarding your service call.
